Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All bookings must be paid in advance to confirm your spot.
We understand that life happens — if you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling is possible free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before your session.

Requests can be made via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.

Late cancellations (less than 24h notice) are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

No-shows are generally considered non-refundable and non-transferable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Yoga by Alina.

3. Memberships & Class Packages

All memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once activated.

Missed sessions within an active membership period cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

In case of illness, travel, or exceptional circumstances, memberships may be temporarily paused (frozen) and reactivated at a later date — this freeze option is permitted only once during the contract period and must be arranged in advance by mutual agreement.

4. Digital Content

All purchases of digital content (e.g., yoga videos, practice guides) are final.
Due to the nature of downloadable or streaming materials, no refunds or cancellations are offered after purchase.

5. Workshops & Retreats

Each workshop or retreat is subject to its own cancellation policy, outlined in the specific agreement for that offering.
Please refer to the terms provided at the time of registration.

6. Instructor Cancellations

In the rare event that a class must be cancelled by Yoga by Alina, you will be offered:

  • An alternative time slot, or
  • A full credit for future use, or
  • A refund upon request (if the session was prepaid individually)
