FAQs
Do I need previous yoga experience to join your classes?
Not at all. My classes are designed to welcome every woman — whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’re returning after a break. You’ll always be offered variations so you can move in a way that feels good for your body.
What if I don’t feel flexible or strong enough?
You’re in exactly the right place. Yoga isn’t about being flexible — it’s about showing up for yourself. You don’t have to perform; you just have to begin. Everything in class can be adapted to meet you where you are.
What language are the classes taught in?
I offer classes in both English and German, depending on the group and individual needs. You’re welcome to let me know your preference when booking.
Can I join the classes from outside the UAE?
Absolutely! My online classes are open to women worldwide. All you need is an internet connection, a quiet space, and a willingness to show up for yourself — wherever you are.
How do I join the online classes?
All online classes are held live via Microsoft Teams. Once you book your session, you’ll receive a link via email or WhatsApp — just click and join. A stable internet connection is required.
Do I need special equipment to join the classes?
Not at all. A yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a quiet space are enough. If you have blocks, pillows, or a blanket — even better. But they’re optional.
What if I don’t have a yoga mat?
No worries at all. For in-person classes, a mat can be provided (please inform me in advance if a mat is needed).
For online sessions, you can use a carpet, a soft rug, or even a towel layered on the floor. Just make sure you feel stable and supported in your movement.
Are your classes suitable after an injury or surgery?
In many cases, yes — but your safety comes first. Always check with your doctor before joining, and inform me about any physical limitations before class. I’ll guide you with extra care and provide supportive variations where needed.
Do you offer prenatal or postnatal yoga?
Yes. I’ve completed an 85-hour Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training and offer gentle, safe options for women during and after pregnancy. Please let me know in advance so I can tailor the session to your needs.
Do you offer classes for kids?
Yes, I do. I’m a certified Kids Yoga Teacher and offer age-appropriate, playful, and mindful sessions for children. If you’re interested in kids’ yoga classes, just get in touch for current availability or private options.
Do you also offer classes for men?
Yes, depending on the format and group availability. While some of my offerings are designed specifically for women, certain sessions or private classes may also be open to men. Feel free to reach out and ask.
