1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services and offerings provided by Yoga by Alina FZ LLE, including in-person and online yoga sessions, class packages, memberships, workshops, retreats, and access to digital content such as videos, downloads, and written materials.

By booking a session, purchasing a product, or accessing the website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

All classes and services must be paid in advance. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Online credit card payments via the website
  • Bank transfer (upon request)
  • Cash (for in-person sessions only)

Class spots and digital access will only be confirmed after full payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations are non-refundable. However, booked sessions may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time cannot be credited or rescheduled.

4. Health & Responsibility

Participation in all sessions and programs is at your own risk.
Yoga by Alina does not provide medical advice or therapeutic treatment.

You are required to inform the instructor prior to any session of any health conditions or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pregnancy
  • Injuries, joint issues, or recent surgeries
  • Pain, dizziness, or physical discomfort
  • High blood pressure or any chronic illness
  • Ongoing medical treatments or medications

Should any discomfort arise during or after the session, you are required to inform the instructor immediately.

By participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for the class and take full responsibility for your wellbeing during and after the session.

5. Technical Requirements for Online Participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection, a functioning device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone), and a quiet, safe space to practice in.
Yoga by Alina is not liable for any technical difficulties, connectivity issues, or interruptions on the user’s side that may affect access to or participation in online sessions.

6. Digital Content Usage

All videos, audio recordings, downloadable content, and materials made available via Yoga by Alina are intended for private, personal use only.
You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of the content without explicit written permission.
Access to purchased digital content is not time-limited unless stated otherwise.

7. Memberships & Packages

Membership durations begin from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise.
Missed sessions within the membership period cannot be carried over.
All bookings, sessions, packages, memberships, and digital products purchased through Yoga by Alina are strictly personal, non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.

8. Communication & Privacy

Clients may choose to receive newsletters, updates, and practice reminders by subscribing voluntarily.
All personal data is handled in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy linked on the website, which outlines how information is collected, used, and protected.

9. User Conduct on Website

By accessing this website, you agree to use it in a respectful and lawful manner.
You must not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or misuse the website, its content, or its technical systems.
Unauthorized reproduction, hacking, scraping, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Language of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. In case of any translation, the English version shall prevail.

11. Liability

Yoga by Alina FZ LLE is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after participation in any offered service.
Participants are responsible for following instructions carefully and ensuring their environment is safe — especially during online sessions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah.

13. Changes to the Terms

Yoga by Alina reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be published on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
