  • All participants are required to inform the instructor before class of any relevant health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, injuries, surgeries, high blood pressure, illness,…).

  • Participation is entirely at your own risk. If you are recovering from illness, injury, or have any medical condition, consult your physician before joining.

  • You are responsible for practicing within your own limits and choosing variations that feel safe for your body.

* Class Format:
– Online or In Person
– Private Session or in a Group Setting in Abu Dhabi or Dubai as per current class schedule (your choice)
* Level: Suitable for all levels (individually adapted each time)
* Focus:
– Private Setting: Fully tailored (may include grounding, strength, release, breathwork, pregnancy/postnatal care, emotional reset, or holistic recovery)
– Group Setting: Focused on mindful movement, emotional grounding & physical wellbeing
