⚠️ Important Notes on Participation
All participants are required to inform the instructor before class of any relevant health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, injuries, surgeries, high blood pressure, illness,…).
If discomfort or unusual symptoms occur during class, please notify the instructor immediately.
Participation is entirely at your own risk. If you are recovering from illness, injury, or have any medical condition, consult your physician before joining.
You are responsible for practicing within your own limits and choosing variations that feel safe for your body.
